The company also runs a brokerage service, listing motor boats and sailing yachts for sale on consignment.

Multi Nautique is a boat yard and dry storage operator based at the Port de Folleux on the Vilaine, in Nivillac (Morbihan, Brittany). The yard combines lifting and storage contracts, marine mechanical work, an on-site Uship chandlery and a boat brokerage service for private owners.

Services

  • Careening packages of 24h, 48h, 72h or 7 days, including haul-out, storage ashore and relaunch
  • "Manutention expertise": a roughly one-hour lift out of the water without cradling or careening, for hull, propeller and anode checks, technical inspections or pre-sale surveys
  • One-month work package with haul-out, a month ashore and relaunch, for owner or yard-led refit and maintenance
  • Winterisation contract in an enclosed park, with engine winterising/de-winterising, shore power connection, dehumidifier recharging, sail washing and engine servicing
  • Annual dry-storage (port à sec) contract with one or more round-trip lifts
  • Terre-Mer contract marketed by the Compagnie des Ports: one year ashore between outings, five lifts and access to the Passeport Escales network
  • "Confort Vente" brokerage contract: advertising, buyer contact, viewings, sea trials, sale paperwork and storage ashore so buyers can inspect the hull
  • Marine mechanical workshop
  • Uship chandlery on site, with a 10% discount on antifouling ordered before haul-out
