PT Singatac Bintan is the Indonesian fabrication yard of Singatac Engineering Pte Ltd, operating a 70,000 m2 seafront facility with 200 m of water frontage at Bintan Industrial Estate, Lobam, Kepulauan Riau. The yard fabricates marine and offshore steel structures, subsea production system packages such as manifolds, PLETs, PLEMs, ILTs and suction piles, and offshore wind farm structures, and also provides CNC precision machining. Alongside fabrication it offers inspection, repair and maintenance for vessels, platforms and FPSO/FSO/FSRU equipment, plus asset management services including rig lay-up, warm and cold stacking, preservation, special periodical survey support, decommissioning and equipment storage. The group operates from Singapore, Bintan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with around 700 employees across its Singapore and Indonesia facilities.

PT Singatac Bintan is the Indonesian operating arm of Singatac Engineering Pte Ltd, which was incorporated in Singapore in 1997 and expanded into Bintan Industrial Estate in 2008, acquiring a 70,000 m2 seafront yard the following year. The yard supports marine, offshore, oil and gas, subsea and offshore renewables projects, and received Bintan's first oil rig in 2011. Group-wide, Singatac reports two fabrication facilities and around 700 employees across Singapore and Indonesia.
