PaxOcean Nanindah is one of three PaxOcean shipyards in Batam, Indonesia, part of the PaxOcean Group under Kuok Maritime Group. The yard specialises in shipbuilding and steel fabrication with a core focus on vessels for the offshore oil and gas market, and also handles repair work with quick turnaround. Its 546,000 sqm site has 15 building berths allowing 15 concurrent newbuilding projects, two floating docks and cranes up to 600T SWL. Since 2007 it has built high-technology speciality vessels including DP3 compact semi-submersibles, high specification platform supply vessels and freezer fishing trawlers.

PaxOcean Nanindah is a shipbuilding and steel fabrication yard in Batam, Indonesia, and one of five shipyards owned and operated by PaxOcean Group across Singapore, China and Indonesia. The group, first established in Singapore in 2007, is part of Kuok Maritime Group within Kuok Group Singapore, and offers integrated solutions, newbuilding, module fabrication, green recycling, repairs and conversion of conventional and renewable energy assets. Nanindah's core focus is the construction of vessels for the offshore oil and gas market, alongside an established reputation for repair work and quick turnaround. The yard lies in proximity to PaxOcean's Pertama and Graha yards in Batam, allowing flexible sharing of resources.
