Cantiere CNC S.r.l., listed as Shipyard The Calambrone, is a boat yard in Livorno, Italy, specialising in the complete and partial refitting of motor boats, with a particular focus on American sport fisherman brands such as Hatteras and Bertram, as well as Tiara, Boston Whaler, Pursuit and Robalo. The yard carries out repowering, fibreglass work, bow and stern thruster, flap, windlass and hydraulic gangway installation, electrical and electronic system upgrades, and air conditioning and refrigeration work, alongside winter storage and seasonal haul-out services. It also handles bureaucratic formalities including RINA paperwork, safety annotations and liferaft servicing, brokers used boats, and is developing a new 9-metre centre console prototype of its own design.

Cantiere CNC S.r.l. is a Livorno-based boat yard run by owners who describe themselves as boaters first and businessmen second. Its core activity is the refit of motor boats, from stripping and rebuilding older hulls using original materials wherever possible to modernising systems and technology, as well as building or substantially modifying hulls from a client's concept. The yard works closely with owners throughout the project, reviewing costs, options and progress together.

- Complete and partial refitting of motor boats
- Repowering and modifications; maintenance and overhaul of major marine engine brands (FPT, MAN, General Motors, Yanmar, Volvo Penta, Mercury) through specialised authorised firms
- Fibreglass work, including construction and fitting of brackets and stern platforms sized for tenders or jet skis
- Installation of bow and stern thrusters, flaps, anchor windlasses (which can be built to the pattern of the original to preserve authenticity) and hydraulic gangways, including on transoms with a door
- Electronics and electrical system upgrades; air conditioning, refrigeration, watermakers
- Osmosis treatment, carpentry and joinery, upholstery and canopies
- Winter and long-term storage, hull cleaning and antifouling, engine servicing
- Administrative support: RINA formalities, safety annotations, liferaft inspection and replacement with trade-in valuation of the old unit
- Brokerage of used boats (listings have included a Riva Diablo 50, Italcraft Ital 30 and Hatteras 36 Convertible)
