Palumbo Group is an Italian family-run shipyard group founded in Naples in 1967, operating a network of yards across the Mediterranean and East Atlantic for ship refit, repair, maintenance and conversion. The group works on commercial, naval, offshore, cruise and Ro-Ro pax vessels as well as superyachts, and also builds new yachts under its Columbus Yachts and ISA Yachts brands from sites in Ancona. Yards are located in Naples, Messina, Ancona, Savona (Italy), Malta, Marseille (France) and Rijeka (Croatia), with a commercial office in Monaco, plus a separate Palumbo Heavy Lift mobile crane division.

Palumbo Group is an international, family-run shipyard group headquartered in Naples. It began in 1967 when Salvatore Palumbo took over a small carpentry and metalwork yard serving the local ship repair industry; by the 1980s the core business had shifted to hull repair and maintenance. Today the group describes itself as the largest refit and repair network in the Mediterranean, with a network of yards, over 900–960 people and exclusive subcontractors, and over 100 naval architects and engineers. Its new build yacht division has operated under Columbus Yachts since 2008 and was joined by ISA Yachts (2016) and Mondomarine (2018); the group also joined SYBAss and acquired a majority share of Viktor Lenac Shipyard in Croatia in 2018.
