PSC Tema Shipyard Limited is a state-owned ship repair and marine engineering yard in Tema, Ghana, operated under the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority after the government regained full ownership from previous private investors. The yard carries out dry-docking, hull and structural repairs, surface preparation and preservation, valve and thruster servicing, and general engineering work on vessels including tugboats, tankers and fishing craft. Its facilities include two graving docks — Dock 1 described as the largest in West Africa at 277m x 45m and 100,000 DWT — plus a 245m fitting out quay on a 48.45-acre site. The yard runs a 24-hour shift system and states it holds ISO-aligned quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, with a strategic direction toward Lease and License partnerships with the private sector.

PSC Tema Shipyard Limited is a ship repair and marine engineering yard located in Tema, Ghana. Following unsuccessful investment by earlier private owners (Penang/Boustead) and subsequent court action, the Government of Ghana reacquired 100 per cent ownership of the shipyard and its assets through the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), which now manages and operates the facility. Current strategy is to position the yard to engage private sector partners on a Lease and License business model. Since 1 July 2025 the yard has operated a 24-hour shift system to improve turnaround and service delivery.
