Modest Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (MIPL) is an Indian shipbuilding and ship repair yard at the old port of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, operating its Ramsar shipyard on the country's west coast. Incorporated in 1994 as a shipping agency and later a ship repair, modification and re-commissioning business, it moved into newbuilding and has delivered product and oil tankers, offshore survey vessels, cement carriers and barges for domestic and international owners, including the Indian Navy. The Ramsar yard builds vessels up to 6,000 DWT and 110 m in length and has two dry docks; a larger 45,000 DWT yard at Ratanpar is described as under development. The company has been majority-owned by the Dempo Group's shipbuilding arm since July 2012 and is ISO 9001:2015 certified by the Indian Register of Quality Systems.

Modest Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (MIPL) is a shipbuilding and ship repair yard based at the old port of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. Incorporated in 1994, the company began as shipping agents and grew through ship owning, management, chartering, bunker and stores supply and some 15 years of ship repair, modification and re-commissioning work before moving into newbuilding. In July 2012 Dempo Shipbuilding and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., part of the Goa-based Dempo Group, acquired a 74% majority stake. The yard is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by the Indian Register of Quality Systems.

- Dry Dock No. 1: 93 m x 16 m x 3.5 m; Dry Dock No. 2: 110 m x 20 m x 4.5 m (also listed as 120 m x 20 m x 4.5 m)
- Steel stock yard, surface treatment area, captive power, machine shop, CNC cutting machines, bonded and general warehouses
- Proposed Ratanpar shipyard on the Gulf of Cambay, around 20–23 km from Bhavnagar, with a waterfront of roughly 1.3–1.4 km, Environmental and CRZ clearances obtained, and planned capacity for vessels up to 45,000 DWT
