FDC Yachts is a yacht refit, rebuild and new build company based in İçmeler, Bodrum, Türkiye. It carries out full refit and repair programmes on motor yachts, motor sailers and gulets — including hull and superstructure painting, deck teak replacement, flybridge and interior reconstruction, engine room and electrical works — alongside in-house naval architecture and engineering, post-delivery sea support and a luxury charter offering. Recent projects include refits of yachts built by Heesen, Moonen, Benetti, Mangusta, Canados, Arcadia and Cobra Yachts, plus new build series such as the Aluna 87 and Aluna 127 and the Fiducia 86 concept developed with Red Yacht Design.

Its portfolio spans steel, aluminium, GRP and wooden yachts from roughly 24 to 47 metres, and it has also announced new build series developed with Red Yacht Design.
