ARES Shipyard Inc. is a Turkish shipbuilder based in the Antalya Free Zone, founded in 2006 by the Kalafatoğlu family, that designs and builds naval, patrol, commercial and utility vessels as well as superyachts under its ARES Yachts brand. Its portfolio ranges from fast patrol and interceptor craft and offshore patrol vessels to corvettes, fast attack missile boats, search and rescue boats, crew transfer vessels and the ULAQ family of armed unmanned surface vessels. The company states it tailors each vessel to individual end-user requirements and supports them through in-house Integrated Logistics Support, including maintenance management, spare parts supply, training and documentation. Delivered programmes referenced on the site include boats for the Qatar Ministry of Interior Coast Guard, the Royal Oman Police Coast Guard and the Bahrain Ministry of Interior Coast Guard.

ARES Shipyard Inc

Established in 2006 by the Kalafatoğlu family, ARES Shipyard Inc. is a shipbuilder operating from the Antalya Free Zone in Türkiye. The yard designs and constructs naval and commercial vessels, including a large composite patrol craft portfolio, and launched its superyacht brand ARES Yachts at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2023.
