Estaleiros do Brasil (EBR) is a Brazilian offshore construction yard in São José do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, working mainly on an EPC basis for oil and gas production units. It carries out detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication of structures and piping, electromechanical assembly of modules and skids, topside module integration, pre-commissioning, commissioning and plant start-up, and has delivered process modules for the Petrobras FPSO P-79 to Saipem. The yard also repairs vessels moored at its quay, performs modifications and repairs on producing platforms, and offers lay-up and load-in/load-out of large modules. EBR is part of the TSPI (TS Participações e Investimentos) group and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 certifications.

Estaleiros do Brasil (EBR) is a Brazilian offshore construction company specialising in the development, construction, integration and commissioning of offshore oil and gas production platforms, working mainly under EPC (engineering, procurement, construction, integration and commissioning) contracts. The company is part of the group led by TS Participações e Investimentos S.A. (TSPI), described as a global network of around 6,500 professionals with offices in Brazil, Japan, India, the United States, Canada, Venezuela, Europe, Russia, Iran, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea. EBR states it originated from Setal Engenharia, whose 1990s digital project platform evolved into its current web-based EPC Portal for integrated project development and management.
