Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH, trading as BAVARIA YACHTS, is a German series production yacht builder based in Giebelstadt, Franconia, near Würzburg. Around 700 employees build over 600 sailing and motor yachts per year on a 200,000 m² site, with more than 42,000 boats produced since 1978. The sailing range covers the CRUISER and C-LINE series from roughly 9 to 16 metres with two to five cabins, while motor yachts span the R-LINE, SR-LINE, S-LINE, VIRTESS and VIDA lines. The company sells through a network of more than 80 dealer partners worldwide and also owns NAUTITECH CATAMARANS in Rochefort, France, acquired in 2014.

Founded in 1978, the company states that more than 42,000 sailing yachts and motorboats have been built on its 200,000 m² site, with around 700 employees producing over 600 yachts per year. The company emphasises 100% Made in Germany production, and is led by CEO Norbert Leifeld and CFO Thorsten Gatz following a generational change in management. Catamaran builder NAUTITECH CATAMARANS, based in Rochefort on the French Atlantic coast, has been part of Bavaria Yachtbau Holding GmbH since 2014.
