Speedwave GmbH
Speedwave GmbH is a boat service and engineering company based at the Ultramarin marina in Kressbronn on Lake Constance, Germany. Founded in 1979 by R. Magg, it focuses on servicing complex sailing boats, metal and mast fabrication, project management for new builds and conversions, and the development and installation of electric and hybrid propulsion systems. The company also developed and rents out its own SP 7.0 motorboat (including an E-Solar version) through an hourly booking concept and acts as a Torqeedo service point and service partner for Leonardo Yachts. Work is carried out from a workshop close to the marina crane and berths, with related services offered together with affiliated companies.
Speedwave GmbH
Speedwave GmbH has been working on the development and optimisation of sporty sailing boats, alternative propulsion systems and individual maritime projects since its founding by R. Magg in 1979. Based at the Ultramarin marina in Kressbronn on Lake Constance, the company combines experience from regatta sailing, engineering, electric drives and metal and mast building. Alongside service work it markets its own SP 7.0 motorboats through the "Einfach mieten" hourly rental concept and, per its news pages, has become a Torqeedo service point and a service partner for Leonardo Yachts, with an Eagle 38 arriving as a demonstration boat in 2026.
