Astillero Silver Boats is an Argentine boat builder based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, specialising in centre-console powerboats for fishing, watersports and family cruising. Founded by naval architect Nicolás Vernero and active since 2012, the yard designs its own hulls and moulds and claims to be the first in Argentina to build centre-console craft. Its range includes the Silver 210 Center Console, Silver 210 Fisher and Silver 210 Walk Around (6.50 m, 115–200 hp) plus the Xplore 520 RIB (5.25 m, 40–60 hp). The company reports launching its 100th centre-console boat and exhibits at the Salón Náutico Argentino.

Astillero Silver Boats

Astillero Silver Boats is a small Argentine boatyard building centre-console recreational powerboats for fishing, watersports and family use. The Silver 210 line was developed by naval architect Nicolás Vernero, founder of the company, and every boat is built by the yard's own team with in-house hull and console design and proprietary moulds. Operating since 2012, the yard describes itself as the first in Argentina to build high-performance centre-console craft, and it has celebrated the launch of its 100th boat of this type, 13 years after pioneering the concept locally.

  • Silver 210 Walk Around — cabin/cuddy version with cabin and berth, 6.50 m, 115–200 hp
  • Xplore 520 — 5.25 m RIB with reinforced GRP hull, PVC tubes in German fabric with thermo-sealed seams, moulded non-slip plastic floors, watertight bow locker, 2 m removable bow sunpad; 2.10 m beam, 0.70 m depth, 6 persons, 600 kg max load, 40–60 hp
