Astillero BIM is an Argentine builder of rigid inflatable boats (semirrígidos), gomones and inflatable rafts, with more than 50 years of production according to its own website. All of its pneumatic structures are made exclusively from Hypalon-Neoprene rubberised fabric, which the company produces in-house alongside GRP (PRFV) lamination, woodwork for dismountable boats and final assembly. Its range runs from a 2.40 m tender up to the 9.70 m SR 98, configured for recreational, sporting and professional work such as passenger transport, diving, fishing and patrol duties.
