Top Line Petros Kapleris

rib builder Spata, Greece

Top Line is a Greek boatbuilder founded in 1991 that designs and manufactures rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) with deep-V and stepped hulls. Its range spans four to five model series — MAX, S Series, Pegasus, PX, Corsair and Atlantic — from roughly 4.5 m tenders up to 38 and 41 ft models, with proprietary double-step hull designs. The company states it builds all boats and their component parts (consoles, seats, roll-bars) in-house rather than subcontracting, and was the first in Greece to apply step technology (from 1998) and vacuum infusion moulding to inflatable boat production. Boats are offered through a network of representatives in Greece and abroad.

Top Line Petros Kapleris

Top Line was founded in 1991, initially producing boats, prototypes and moulds alongside automotive, motorcycle and aeromodelling parts. Its first RIB model, the MAX 500, entered design and mould-making in 1992, and the yard states it has since developed 19 original models plus four recently updated designs (PX 23, PX 27, CX 33, CX 30). The company emphasises in-house prototype and mould development with no hull copying, and links its hull know-how to offshore racing experience β€” including a claimed overall win for the twin-double-step Corsair 33 at the Red Sea Rally and a 3,500-nautical-mile Mediterranean and Atlantic passage to the Azores.
