Privilège Catamarans

catamaran builder Les Sables-d'Olonne, France

Privilège Marine is a French shipyard that has been building bluewater luxury sailing catamarans since 1985, working from its own workshops at Port Olona in Les Sables d'Olonne on the Atlantic coast. Its current Signature range covers the 510, 600 and 650, with the 580 also referenced, all designed with naval architects Cabinet Marc Lombard and interior designers Darnet Design and built to order with a high degree of customisation. The yard positions its yachts as owner-focused, long-distance cruising boats rather than volume production or charter models, and has made SEA.AI optical/thermal AI detection standard equipment across the range. Sales are handled through a network of partners and brokers in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Tahiti.

Privilège Catamarans

Privilège Marine describes itself as a "haute-couture shipyard since 1985", building bluewater sailing catamarans in its own workshops at Les Sables d'Olonne on the French Atlantic coast. The company's origins are linked to sailor Philippe Jeantot and the original Privilège catamaran vision. Each yacht is built to order around the individual owner, with the shipyard emphasising structural strength, offshore reliability, autonomy for extended liveaboard use and extensive personalisation. Antoine Maillot is CEO; Charles Dauzet is product marketing manager.
