MB92 La Ciotat is a superyacht refit and repair shipyard in La Ciotat, France, and part of the MB92 Group alongside MB92 Barcelona, MB92 Golfe-Juan and MB92 Red Sea. The yard handles maintenance, refurbishment, painting, interiors, major refits, extensions, conversions and restorations for yachts from around 30m up to the largest in the global fleet. Facilities include the 200m x 60m La Grande Forme dry dock, a 4,300-tonne shiplift with hardstanding for six yachts up to 115m LOA, a 2,000-tonne Syncrolift, over 1,600 metres of berthing and the 300t Origins facility for smaller yachts. Its origins trace back to Custom Tenders and Compositeworks in La Ciotat, which joined MB92 and Blohm & Voss La Ciotat to form the MB92 Group in 2018.

The site's history includes Custom Tenders (founded 1990) and Compositeworks, which merged with MB92 and Blohm & Voss La Ciotat in 2018 to create the MB92 Group.
