Everett Ship Repair (ESR) is a full-service ship repair yard on the Everett, Washington waterfront at the Port of Everett, established in October 2019. The company handles maintenance, repair, conversion and modernization work on steel and aluminum vessels, with in-house trades covering ship fitting, welding, pipe fitting, joinery, electrical, machinery, marine paint and blasting. ESR operates three floating drydocks — Hercules, Faithful Servant and Emerald Lifter — plus pierside moorage and a 150-ton floating crane, serving commercial, government and defense customers on the West Coast, in Alaska and Hawaii. It is a subsidiary of Ice Cap Holding, LLC and a sister company to Nichols Brothers Boat Builders.

Everett Ship Repair, LLC (ESR) is a full-service repair and conversion shipyard located at the Port of Everett, Washington. Founded in October 2019, it is a subsidiary of Ice Cap Holding, LLC and a sister company to Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, Shared Ice Services, LLC and Everett Floating Structures, LLC. ESR frequently teams with Nichols Brothers on complex work, including serving as prime contractor on the emergency repair of Washington State Ferries' M/V Cathlamet, with pickle fork modules fabricated at the Nichols Brothers yard and installed in Everett.
