The 23-acre waterfront facility offers ship and barge repair and conversion, marine and subsea fabrication, heavy lift crane service, vessel fleeting, dockside services, load-outs, decommissioning, dispatch services, storage and system integration testing (SIT). CSR also operates what it describes as one of only five active pipeline spool bases in the United States, supporting offshore pipelay work. The company acquired the former Cal Dive/Helix spool base property in 2016 and states it has more than a mile of waterfront.
