Berjaya Dockyard Sdn Bhd
Berjaya Dockyard Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian shipbuilder established in 2003, based in Miri, Sarawak, with a second yard at Tanjung Manis. It specialises in offshore support vessels for the local and international oil and gas industry, along with utility craft such as landing crafts, workboats, multi-purpose tugs and barges, and states it is one of few Asian yards experienced in building Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels. Its Miri yard builds vessels up to 80 metres and 2,500 DWT, while the Tanjung Manis yard handles ocean-going vessels up to 100 metres and 5,000 DWT. Vessels are designed and constructed to the requirements of classification societies including NKK, BV, GL, RINA and ABS.

- Miri shipyard: approximately 63,690 sqm yard area; vessels up to 80 metres in length and 2,500 DWT; capacity for up to five offshore support vessels simultaneously depending on size and complexity
- Tanjung Manis shipyard: approximately 43,500 sqm in a deep-sea location; larger ocean-going vessels up to 100 metres in length and 5,000 DWT
