ASTINAVE EP (Astilleros Navales Ecuatorianos) is Ecuador's state-owned naval shipyard, based in Guayaquil, with origins tracing back to a 1907 decree establishing a naval arsenal and its current public-company form created in 2012. It builds, repairs, refits and repowers vessels for the Ecuadorian Navy as well as commercial, fishing, tourism and industrial clients, and also develops defence systems such as command and control platforms and naval surveillance equipment. Additional business lines cover port facilities, offshore structures and pipeline work, and industrial services including metalworking, structural fabrication and non-destructive testing. The company operates two plants, Planta Centro and Planta Sur, and runs an open supplier registration and public tendering process.

ASTINAVE EP — Astilleros Navales Ecuatorianos — is Ecuador's state naval shipyard, headquartered in Guayaquil. Its history runs from the 1907 decree creating a naval arsenal in Guayaquil, through the 1961 arrival of the floating dock later named Amazonas and the 1972 creation of Astilleros Navales Ecuatorianos, to its establishment as a public company (EP) by executive decree in 2012. In 2022 it built the first multipurpose vessel for the Ecuadorian Navy. The yard describes itself as a provider of integrated technological solutions to the defence, maritime and industrial sectors.

- Industrial services — storage tanks, piping, steel structures, non-destructive testing (UT phased array, MPI, dye penetrant, thermography, vibration analysis), CWI-AWS welding inspection and welder qualification
