ASENAV (Astilleros y Servicios Navales S.A.) is a privately owned shipyard in Valdivia, southern Chile, founded by naval architect Eberhard Kossmann in 1972 and formally constituted in 1974. The yard designs and builds new vessels and also carries out repairs, conversions and upgrades, with an in-house engineering department using 3D hull and piping software, CAD modelling and stability and CFD analysis. Its portfolio covers wellboats (live fish carriers), RO-RO and high-speed catamaran ferries, fish treatment vessels, research ships, expedition cruise vessels, offshore supply vessels, fishing boats, tugs and private yachts, with projects delivered to owners in Chile, Argentina, Canada, the United States, Peru, Norway, the Faroe Islands, Fiji and Uruguay.

ASENAV is a Chilean shipbuilder based in Valdivia, founded by German-born naval architect and mechanical engineer Eberhard Kossmann in 1972 and formally established in 1974. With more than 50 years of activity, the company describes itself as the largest and most established private shipyard on the Pacific coast of South America and the Caribbean, combining new construction with repair work and in-house naval engineering. Named projects referenced by the yard include the Magellan Explorer, the hybrid-electric cruise vessel Magellan Discoverer, the oceanographic research ship Dra. Barbieri, the ferry Pelee Islander II and the wellboat Patagon XI.

- Plant #1 new-build shed: 120 m x 25 m, with the same crane configuration
- Outfitting quays of 188 m (Plant #1) and 90 m (Plant #2), with 5-ton quay cranes and 40-ton and 300-ton mobile cranes
- Repair lift dock: up to 75 m length, 18 m beam, 4.20 m draft, 1,200 tons nominal displacement
- Newbuild capacity up to about 110 m length and 23 m beam, with longer vessels built in multiple sections
