PV Shipyard held a tribute programme on 27 July 2026 to mark the 79th anniversary of Vietnam’s War Invalids and Martyrs Day. The event included a moment of silence at the Martyrs’ Temple in Vung Tau and visits to the families of two employees with martyrs in their lineage.
PV Shipyard held a first steel cutting ceremony on 14 August 2025 at its Panel Workshop in Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, launching a steel structure fabrication project for the offshore renewable energy sector. The yard said the project is due for completion in early 2026 and is expected to create hundreds of jobs.
PV Shipyard handed over an auxiliary structural block for the 2GW Nederwiek Beta HVDC project to TenneT and Seatrium on 14 March 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The package included a Loadout Support Frame and Skid Beams weighing about 5,500 tonnes, with the Skid Beams completed 75 days ahead of schedule.
PV Shipyard handed over steel structures for the 2GW Nederwiek Beta HVDC project to TenneT and Seatrium on March 14 in Ho Chi Minh City. The scope covered a Loadout Support Frame and Skid Beams weighing about 5,500 tons, with the Skid Beams completed 75 days ahead of schedule and the work recorded 500,000 safe working hours with no lost-time injuries.
PV Shipyard said its second fundraising drive for central Vietnam collected 125 million dong in cash, plus clothing, bedding and other supplies. The yard also set aside part of the money for employees whose homes were damaged in the floods.
