Cantiere delle Marche has launched the 35-metre explorer yacht Deep Blue 115 Octopus. The yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines, has a beam of 7.55 metres and is designed for up to 10 guests plus two across five suites.
Cantiere delle Marche has completed the off-market sale of M/Y RJ, a 499 GT explorer yacht, in collaboration with International Yacht Collection. The yard said the transaction takes the RJ line to five units sold across new-build and pre-owned deals.
Cantiere delle Marche has sold M/Y Presence, an Acciaio 130 explorer yacht, in a deal concluded with Simon Goldsworthy of Edmiston. The yard said it was its fourth pre-owned transaction in six months, after Aurelia, Storm and Narvalo.
Cantiere delle Marche launched the 32.6-metre Nauta Air 108, Tartaruga, for its owner on 24 February. The yacht is the sixth in the Nauta Air series and the seventh is due shortly.
Delta Launch Services has ordered two new Venice Class pilot launches from Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding for the Mississippi River. The first of the 44.3-foot aluminium boats is due for delivery in 2026. The design is based on the yard’s Resilient class and will be fitted with twin Caterpillar C-9.3 engines and Hamilton HTX-30 waterjets.
The Government of Bermuda’s Marine and Port Services has taken delivery of the 700-passenger ferry Bermudian after a major refit at Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding in Somerset, Mass. The yard said the 37-year-old vessel was rebuilt to extend its life by 15 years and improve efficiency, environmental performance and reliability.
