Pendennis Shipyard, founded in 1988, is a British superyacht refit, restoration and custom build yard based on a 14-acre waterfront site in Falmouth, Cornwall. The company has completed more than 350 refit projects and over 30 bespoke builds, focusing on one-off sailing and motor yachts of 30-90m, and employs over 550 skilled tradespeople across disciplines from naval architecture and engineering to joinery, paint and rigging. Alongside Falmouth it runs Pendennis Vilanova, a technical service centre and 48-berth superyacht marina near Barcelona, plus a Palma refit office and a worldwide after-sales and flying-squad support service. The Pendennis Group also includes Norfolk Interiors (joinery and interiors) and a majority interest in Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding.

Over 550 highly skilled tradespeople are employed, supported by an award-winning apprenticeship scheme running since 1998 that has trained more than 400 apprentices.
