CNB Villanova

CNB Villanova is a boat yard and marine services business on the Vieux-Port of Saint-Tropez, founded in 1969 by Pascal Villanova. It handles maintenance, mechanical and electrical work, joinery, lamination and paint, plus dry or afloat winter storage, marina berthing for boats from 5 to 24 metres, and at-sea breakdown assistance. The site also includes a chandlery with more than 10,000 references, a Riva accessories corner, and charter and brokerage activity; since 2025 the company acts as Riva sub-dealer for the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Founded in 1969 by Pascal Villanova as the Chantier Naval de Beaulieu Villanova, CNB Villanova is a long-established yard on the Vieux-Port of Saint-Tropez. A new team took over in 2022 under Hugo Brugiere, and in 2025 the company became Riva sub-dealer for the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The business combines technical services, marina services, a chandlery and owner concierge support on a single waterfront site.
