Trawind Shipping has taken delivery of the multi-purpose vessel Trawind Shanghai, adding it to its fleet of general cargo and project cargo carriers. The ship was ordered on 6 Jun 2024 at Daian Binhai Shipbuilding under hull number BZ24-09, with delivery scheduled from 8 Sep 2026.
HMM has agreed a 25-year iron ore shipping contract with Vale worth KRW4.7 trillion ($3.49 billion), starting in 2030. The deal covers eight 210,000 DWT Newcastlemax bulkers ordered in June 2025, with delivery scheduled from 2030 and orderbook data putting handover between January and September 2031.
MacGregor has secured a contract to supply cargo-handling systems for six 1,700 TEU dual-fuel, LNG-powered containerships being built at Cochin Shipyard Limited in India for CMA CGM. The ships are scheduled for delivery between 2029 and 2031, and the order was booked in MacGregor's Q2 2026 results.
