PT Dok dan Perkapalan Air Kantung (PT DAK) is an Indonesian shipyard company founded on 1 February 1996 and majority owned (99.99%) by PT Timah Tbk, part of the MIND ID mining holding. It carries out shipbuilding, ship repair, docking and repair engineering, construction and ship equipment supply, with a specialisation in tugboats and barges, suction dredgers (kapal isap), cargo vessels, drilling vessels and aluminium patrol craft. The company runs two yards — one in the Selindung industrial area of Bangka Belitung and one in East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara — and also charters out vessels such as crew boats, fast patrol boats and a VVIP boat. Recent projects include tugboat and barge sets, Ro-Ro buses, an emergency medical vessel for the DKI Jakarta health authority, pilot boats, push boats, mini barges and production suction vessels.

PT Dok dan Perkapalan Air Kantung (PT DAK) is a shipyard company established on 1 February 1996 by notarial deed of Imas Fatimah, SH. PT Timah (Persero) Tbk holds 99.99% of shares, with the remaining 0.01% held by PT Timah Industri, placing the company within the MIND ID mining industry holding group. PT DAK states a vision of becoming a leading shipyard company in Asia and serves customers in sea transport, mining and public service sectors.
