Construcións Navais Paulino Freire — trading as Freire Shipyard (C.N.P. Freire, S.A.) — is a family-owned shipyard founded in Vigo, Spain in 1895 and now run by the fourth generation of the Freire family. It builds and repairs technically complex steel and steel-aluminium vessels, having delivered more than 300 ships since the 1960s to owners in over 30 countries, and offers an integrated service from naval architecture and engineering through construction to commissioning. Its output spans oceanographic and research vessels, tall ships, megayachts, fishing and aquaculture support vessels, patrol boats, tugs, naval support craft and offshore oil and gas units. Recent projects include the Spanish Navy diver support vessel A22 Proserpina, four naval support vessels for the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and the aquaculture wellboat Tauriko for Norway's Napier group.

Freire Shipyard, formally Construcciones Navales P. Freire, S.A. (C.N.P. Freire, S.A.), was founded in Vigo in 1895 by Paulino Freire Piñeiro and remains under family leadership four generations later. With more than 130 years of continuous activity, the yard has built over 300 steel and steel-aluminium vessels since the 1960s and exported to clients in more than 30 countries, specialising in highly complex, customised newbuildings.
