Bayonne Dry-Dock & Repair is a full-service shipyard in Bayonne, New Jersey, providing drydocking, repair, maintenance and inspection services for vessels ranging from tugboats to large ocean-going ships. Founded in 1997 on the former Military Ocean Terminal at Bayonne site, it operates a 1,092-foot graving dock, 1,600 feet of wet berth and a 1,280 metric tonne mobile boat hauler serving the Port of New York and New Jersey. The yard works extensively on U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command ships and Coast Guard cutters as well as commercial tugs, barges and ferries. It employs around 300 people and became a certified member of the Green Marine environmental program in March 2023.

Bayonne Dry-Dock & Repair (BDD) is a full-service ship repair yard on the New York Harbor waterfront in Bayonne, New Jersey. Founded in 1997 by Michael Cranston on the site of the former Military Ocean Terminal at Bayonne — a naval drydock from 1942 to 1967 — the company has been in business for over 25 years and operates what it describes as the largest drydock in the Northeast United States. Its workforce numbers roughly 300 and supports both military and commercial repair projects, including overhauls for the U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command and work on U.S. Coast Guard cutters.
